Divan Antalya Talya Hotel
If you're planning a first visit to Turkey then it can be difficult getting an objective view of the quality of hotels available. In our experience, the Divan Antalya Talya Hotel scores well against its rivals. The official hotel website rates this as a 5-star hotel and, though some travel agents see it as more of a 4-star, the feedback that we've seen from past visitors seems to indicate that it is highly regarded.
Divan Antalya Hotel Facilities
With some 204 rooms this is a relatively large hotel, with all rooms having sea views that look out on Antalya Bay and the splendid Toros Mountains. All rooms have air conditioning and a balcony, while a number of disabled accessible rooms are available on request.
The hotel facilities include a heated outdoor pool, beauty salon, patisserie, mini market, jewellers, hairdressers and photographer.
The sports facilities are excellent, including tennis courts that are free to use for hotel guests (there is a small charge in the evenings, should you wish to play under floodlights). The jacuzzi, sauna, turkish bath and fitness centre are all also free to hotel guests.
Divan Antalya Hotel Reviews
So what do visitors make of the hotel and its facilities? Generally, comments have been very positive. The food at the hotel seems to be particularly popular with British visitors, as do the views afforded by the cliffside location.
One downside that have been reported by some visitors is that prices within the hotel seem to have increased in recent years, possibly resulting from new management being in place.
We're always interested to hear your feedback and experiences of any hotels that we discuss on Whatever The Weather. Please contact us if you would like your comments added to our hotel reviews.
