The rise of the budget airlines has been great for air travel within Europe, with travellers from the UK reaping the benefits.

The latest carrier to announce incredibly cheap flights is Thomsonfly, who operate from a number of regional airports including Bournemouth.

At the time of writing they're offering large discounts on flights from Bournemouth to Amsterdam, Faro, Malaga, Palma (Majorca), Paris, Pisa and Valencia.
